We email a checklist. Send your ELD/GPS mileage export or trip sheets, plus Q4 fuel receipts or fuel-card statements.

We prepare (2-3 business days)
We total miles and gallons per jurisdiction, apply the published Q4 2026 IFTA tax-rate matrix and flag gaps (missing receipts, odd MPG).

You review and file
You get a summary PDF plus the figures laid out the way your base state's IFTA portal asks for them. You check them, file, and pay any tax yourself.

Questions

When is the Q4 2026 IFTA return due?: January 31, 2027 for the October-December quarter. When a due date falls on a weekend or holiday, base jurisdictions generally accept the next business day; check your state's notice.
Do you file the return for me?: No. We prepare it; you file it in your base jurisdiction's portal under your own licence and pay any tax due. You stay in control of your account.
Is this tax or legal advice?: No. Serious Load is not a CPA, enrolled agent or law firm. We do the arithmetic and organise your records. For audits, penalties or tax questions, talk to a licensed tax professional.
What does it cost?: $49 for one IFTA-qualified truck, plus $15 per additional truck, per quarter. You pay by emailed invoice once we start your file in January. Cancel free any time before then.
What if my records are a mess?: Tell us in the notes. If we can't build reliable figures from what you send, we say so and you pay nothing.
